When you request a quote, we ask for your name, contact details, general service location, requested service and your message. Please do not provide access codes, sensitive identification or payment details.
How inquiries are used
Information is used to respond to cleaning inquiries, coordinate follow-up, troubleshoot the quote form and investigate suspected abuse. A quote submission also includes the network IP address, submission time, browser/device user-agent and basic browser-supplied platform/mobile hints when available. These details appear in the owner’s quote notification. They are imperfect technical indicators—not proof of identity or exact location. Cloudflare operates site hosting and Turnstile security checks; Resend transmits quote notification emails to the business. Authorized recipients and service providers may process this information for the described purposes.
Retention and requests
Contact us using the phone number listed on this website with questions about an inquiry or to request deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. Quote messages and security details are kept only as reasonably necessary for follow-up, security, disputes and lawful recordkeeping, including any provider-side retention. Please do not submit passwords, access codes or sensitive financial information.
