CUSTOMER CARE & TRANSPARENCY

Website Terms of Use

Rules for using the website, informational materials and online inquiries.

Our website policies explain our approach and what to clarify before service. Any specific booking, cancellation, deposit or price term must be separately disclosed and agreed; applicable customer rights always take priority.

Informational website

This site provides general information about potential cleaning services. Page content, photography and sample checklists are illustrative and not a guaranteed offer, contract or representation of completed client work.

Availability and estimates

Sending a form, asking for a date or receiving an informal estimate does not confirm a cleaning appointment. A scope, location, schedule and any charges must be agreed separately.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, submit deceptive requests, interfere with security or attempt to access systems or personal information without authorization. Quote submissions may include technical security information, as explained in our Privacy Policy, to help identify abuse. Technical indicators are not definitive proof of a person’s identity.

Accuracy and updates

Information may change. Material service or financial terms should be confirmed in a written quote or agreement. Nothing on this page removes statutory consumer rights.

Legal rights

Applicable rights under New York, New Jersey and federal law remain in effect. Any future liability or dispute provisions should be reviewed by qualified counsel before adoption.
