Exterior high-rise windows, hazardous waste, biohazards, restoration, extermination, heavy construction debris, repair work and moving heavy furniture are outside ordinary cleaning unless separately evaluated and legally arranged.
Reasonable access and safety
The property should have safe entry and necessary utilities. Unsafe conditions may require postponement, with any charges subject to clearly agreed terms and applicable law.
